Case of 24 (7-1/2 Oz.) Cans. Troll Caught Albacore Tuna hand packed fresh by Sportsman's Cannery in Winchester Bay Oregon fresh from the boat. No oil or water added, but seasoned with whole peppercorns. This tuna is great right out of the can. Peppercorns are softened in the canning process and mellowed to a degree, imparting a nice fresh pepper flavor to the tuna, but not overpowering the natural goodness of the Albacore. Very nice in a tuna salad, or for a spicy take on the classic tuna casserole. [the web masters favorite!]
