Coos Bay Farmers Market - Teriyaki Albacore BBQ

We've been running a booth at the Coos Bay Farmers Market on Wednesdays for the past few weeks and its been great fun.

Along with our premium canned Albacore Tuna and Dungeness Crab we setup a BBQ station for when we have fresh fish available. We do a light Teriyaki marinade and grill up two nice albacore medallions on a skewer for 2 bucks a stick and they've been selling like .. well not hotcakes. Like really good grilled tuna!. We also have fresh fillets for $6.50 a lb. bagged when available.

The Coos Bay Farmers Market is a very active and vibrant market right in down town at Highway 101 & Commercial Avenue Wednesday, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
